Compatibility

All that enhancedCPETanalytics™ requires is accurate raw data acquired by properly calibrated equipment during an incremental exercise protocol that meets certain quality criteria. Beyond this enhancedCPETanalytics™ offers standardization of data processing, determination of key (or core) variables leading to consistency and reliability in report generation thus reducing subjective influences on data selection and facilitating consistency in clinical interpretation.

The software is agnostic towards the type of equipment. Currently, its report generation is compatible with exported datafiles in .xls, .csv or .xml format from:

  • Vyntus (Jaeger)
  • Quark CPET and Innocor® (CosMed)
  • Ultima CPX™ (MGC Diagnostics)
  • TrueOne 2400 (ParvoMedics)

When using the enhancedCPETanalysticsTM report generator, exported datafiles must conform to particular specifications. When first using the application, ensuring the correct format will probably require that a sample export datafile from your system is sent by email to info@enhancedcpetanalytics.com. Please ensure that this sample file does not contain any protected health information (PHI).
