If you use the services, you agree to the transfer, use, and storage of your Personal Data (as defined below) in those countries. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. You agree that all transactions relating to the services or the Company are deemed to occur in the United States, where our servers are located.

Information We Do Not Collect:Our software operates as a standalone desktop application. Patient and subject data do not reside on our servers but are stored locally on the physician’s or healthcare provider’s computer. As such, we do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable health information (PHI) on our systems.

Information We May Collect:While we do not store patient data, we may collect the following Personal Data (as defined below) if you provide it to us when you interact with us for transactions, support, inquiries, or licensing purposes. We may collect information such as your contact information (e.g., name, email, phone number), payment information, and other personally identifiable information you provide in the course of accessing and using our services (“Personal Data”).
When you use our services, we may also collect non-personal information, which we define as information that cannot be used by itself to identify you personally (“Non-Personal Data”). Non-Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, technical information (such as your IP address, the type of browser you are using, and the websites you visit immediately before and immediately after you visit our website) and demographic information (age, gender, income, education, profession, area code, zip code, etc.). Non-personal information also includes, without limitation, other anonymous data, such as the sites you visit and the terms you enter into the search or select functions of our services. We will not use Non-Personal Data to identify you and if we associate any Non-Personal Data with information that personally identifies you, then we will treat it as Personal Data. As discussed in more detail below, we sometimes use cookies and other automatic information gathering technologies to gather Personal Data and Non-Personal Data.

Cookies and Other Automatic Information Gathering Technologies:When you visit our desktop application and/or website, we may collect Personal Data and Non-Personal Data by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons, and web server logs. The information we may collect in this manner includes IP address, unique device identified, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, dates and times of visits to our website, and other usage statistics.

A “cookie” is a small data file that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive for record-keeping, administration or to customize your experience. Cookies can store non-personal information, such as what websites, pages, or advertisements your browser has accessed. A web beacon, pixel or tag is a small, usually-transparent image placed on a web page that allows the operator of that image, which may be the operator of the website you visit or a third party, to read or write a Cookie. We use these technologies to gather general, aggregate statistics about the overall popularity and usage of the Services. You generally can refuse and/or delete cookies. Search for “Cookies” under your web browser’s “Help” menu for more information on cookie management features available to you. Please note that some of our services functionalities utilize cookies and might not work for you if you refuse or delete cookies. When authorized by us, third parties specializing in monitoring aggregate statistical use of our site with whom we contract, may use cookies, our web log files, web beacons, and other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous aggregate data.
